This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through the Site, why we collect it, who receives it, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules made under them.

By using the Site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not submit personal data through the Site.

Information you give us. When you submit the inquiry form on our Contact page, we collect:

• Name, phone number and email address (required)
• Company name, industry and the monthly quantity you need (optional)
• Any details you write in the message field
• The page of our Site from which you sent the inquiry

We also receive the details you share when you call, email or message us on WhatsApp.

Information collected automatically. We use analytics and performance tools that record:

• Pages visited, time on page, approximate location, device and browser type, and the page that referred you

When you submit the form, your IP address is used briefly by our server to limit repeated or automated submissions (spam). We do not use it to identify you and do not keep it with your inquiry.

• Prevent spam and misuse, and comply with applicable law

We process your inquiry details because you gave them to us for these purposes. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising by third parties.

We share data only with service providers who help us run the Site and our business, and only as needed for that service:

• Resend: delivers the inquiry notification to our team and the confirmation email to you
• Google (Google Analytics and Firebase Analytics): site usage and error statistics
• Vercel: hosts the Site and provides web analytics and speed measurement

Our team members who handle sales inquiries can see what you submit. We may also disclose information where required by law, court order or a lawful request from a government authority.

The Site uses Google Analytics cookies to measure how visitors use it. It also stores your light or dark theme choice in your browser's local storage so the Site remembers it on your next visit. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), input validation and limits on repeated submissions, and restricted access to inquiry emails. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
