Terms of Service

By accessing or using the website www.bharatbioindustries.com ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site. They govern use of the Site only. A supply of goods is governed by a separate written Purchase Order or Supply Agreement (see section 5).

Bharat Bio Industries is a manufacturer and bulk supplier of biomass briquettes (white coal), biomass pellets and wood pellets, based at Shakti Estate, Kadi–Kalyanpura Road, Near Radhe Hotel, Nani Kadi Part, Narsihpura, Gujarat 384440, India (GSTIN 24ABGFB9077M1ZX). We supply industrial-grade biomass fuel to businesses across India. The Site is intended for business buyers.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable Indian or international law
• Submit false, misleading or someone else's details in the inquiry form, or submit it to send spam or advertising
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or related systems, or interfere with their operation
• Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to extract content or data in bulk without our prior written consent
• Reproduce, distribute or modify Site content except as these Terms allow

Search engines and AI assistants may read and quote public pages for the normal purpose of indexing and answering questions, with attribution to the Site.

Submitting the inquiry form, calling, emailing or messaging us on WhatsApp is a request for information and a quotation. It is not a binding order, and it does not create a contract. We use the details you give as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Prices and price ranges on the Site, in blog posts and in calculators are indicative, are generally ex-factory Kadi, and exclude freight and applicable GST, unless a quotation says otherwise.
• A quotation is valid only for the period and quantity written in it. Prices can change with raw-material cost, volume and delivery location.
• The usual minimum order quantity is 25 MT. Final quantity, price, delivery schedule, payment and other commercial terms apply only once agreed in a written Purchase Order or Supply Agreement signed or accepted by both sides.
• Calculators and cost comparisons on the Site use the figures you enter. They are estimates for planning, not a guarantee of savings.

We take care that the specifications published on the Site (for example GCV, ash, moisture and sulphur) match our products. Actual values vary within a range because raw materials vary. A batch lab report is available on request, and the specification in your Purchase Order or Supply Agreement applies to your supply.

Articles, guides and comparisons on the Site are general information. They are not engineering, legal, tax or regulatory advice. GST rates, government policies and standards change, so please confirm them with the official source or your own adviser. Whether our fuel suits your boiler, kiln or furnace depends on your equipment, and we recommend a trial before you switch your main fuel.

The text, graphics, logos, images, product photographs and software on the Site belong to Bharat Bio Industries or its licensors and are protected by Indian intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own business use, and quote short excerpts with a link to the source. Any other copying, republishing or distribution needs our prior written permission. "Bharat Bio Industries" and the BBI logo may not be used without our consent.

The Site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Google Maps. These are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent the law permits, we make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or current at every moment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bharat Bio Industries is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or from relying on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability for goods we supply is set by the Purchase Order or Supply Agreement for those goods.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. If we do not enforce a right at once, we have not given it up. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement about use of the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
